What is NextGen?

NextGen is a series of events for early-career professionals who are passionate about using architecture, engineering and construction to create meaningful impact.

It’s part of Article 25’s More Than a Building initiative - a community bringing together multidisciplinary built environment professionals to share ideas, collaborate, and drive sustainable change worldwide.

A brand new 2026 programme

We’ve just launched our 2026 events programme - and it’s packed. From workshops and panels to networking evenings, each event is designed to spark real conversations and genuine connections.

Meet the 2026 NextGen Board

Behind every great event is a great team.

The NextGen Board is made up of professionals from across the built environment who help shape the agenda, curate discussions, and make sure every event is relevant, inspiring and fun.

NextGen provides a platform for emerging voices, showcasing how we as professionals of the future can bridge lived experiences with Article 25’s mission for equitable change.”

"Architecture has the power to shape communities, respond to global challenges and drive meaningful change – but only if we continue to question, learn and collaborate. With Article 25’s NextGen at the heart of these conversations, we’re not just discussing the future of the built environment – we’re actively shaping it."
