Who is PIP Electrics?

Established in 1969, PIP Electrics has grown steadily over five decades into a £95m building services business delivering mechanical and electrical installations across commerce and industry. What began as an electrical installation company expanded in 2010 to encompass a full suite of building services - bringing mechanical, public health, design and BIM capabilities together under one roof.

PIP undertakes every stage of the process in-house: from initial enquiry through design, installation, testing and commissioning to project completion. The team works across all sectors, with particular expertise in commercial fit-out and the technology sector, and operates from two offices - its head office in Essex and a London base in Canary Wharf.

With over 40 years of in-house public health expertise, full CAD and BIM resource capability, and a track record built on quality, client satisfaction and repeat business, PIP brings both depth and breadth to every project it delivers. The company acts as Principal or Trade Contractor across combined and single-discipline commissions, always with the same goal: completing projects to the highest standard, on time and within budget.
