Where purpose meets opportunity: Celebrating the impact of More Than a Building at Westminster
On 13 May 2025, Article 25 and TP Bennett welcomed 160 guests from across the built environment sector for an unforgettable evening at the House of Lords. Set against the backdrop of the Thames on a sunlit spring evening, the event brought together leading voices in architecture, construction, and engineering to celebrate the power of partnership.
Guests gathered on the iconic House of Lords Terrace for a champagne reception and gourmet canapés, creating a warm and vibrant atmosphere ideal for networking and connection. From leading contractors such as Overbury to global consultancies like Gardiner & Theobald, to leading development and property services company Wates, the diversity and calibre of attendees reflected the strength and reach of Article 25’s network.
The evening featured an inspiring address by Article 25 Chief Executive Gemma Holding, who spoke of the transformative impact of these collaborative partnerships through More Than a Building in delivering life-changing buildings across the globe. Julian Sharpe, Principal Director at TP Bennett, also raised a toast to their organisation’s commitment to social impact and support of Article 25 and the far reaching potential of this ever-growing network. Their words echoed the spirit of the evening: that real progress happens when purpose and expertise come together.
This event marked more than just a celebration - it was a demonstration of collective commitment to building a better future. From education and healthcare facilities in remote regions to resilient housing in disaster-prone areas, the work supported by our partners is truly changing lives.
