VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES

We value everyone on our team, especially our talented and dedicated volunteers, without whom Article 25 would not exist. We do our utmost to ensure the volunteering process is mutually beneficial. Most of our volunteers are based in London. Our field volunteers are recruited extremely carefully depending on the complex demands of each project and always have proven experience running projects in the field.

We are looking for a professional with at least 8 years experience in construction administration to help supervise the construction of a hospital in Nepal, about 20 km south of Kathmandu.

The role may provide opportunities to travel to project locations depending on experience and the project. VOLUNTEER EVENTS ASSISTANT

This position calls for an outgoing volunteer who will assist with a range of tasks to support the planning and preparation of a high profile fundraising event. Initially, this will involve the procurement of high profile artists and sponsors to donate artwork to the event and provide monetary support. This will involve logistics, communication & PR as well as approaching new partners previously unaligned with the organisation and liaising with existing supporters of 10x10. The candidate should understand and appreciate the nature of high-end corporate events.

VOLUNTEER COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT

We are currently seeking a motivated Communications Assistant with a passion for improving a charity’s communication strategy. This position calls for an outgoing volunteer who will expand and develop the public appearance of Article 25. The role includes maintaining and developing our social media channels, interacting with our online community and implementing new social media campaigns. The position also includes maintaining and developing the Article 25 website, building a newsletter system. Planning of publicity strategies and campaigns, writing and producing press releases is also part of this role.

VOLUNTEER GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are seeking a motivated Volunteer Graphic Designer (or Volunteer Architectural Assistant with strong graphic skills) who has a passion for international development to provide assistance to the design and fundraising teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a keen and energetic individual who is looking for valuable experience in this field. You will be able to make a genuine creative contribution and take ownership of projects. There will be an opportunity to go on a fieldtrip to temporarily work in our Yangon office to work together with a Burmese graphic designer.

VOLUNTEER OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

The positions calls for a well organised volunteer who will assist with a range of tasks to keep the charity running. The role includes working closely with our General Manager to coordinate the office and manage human resources related matters, such as maintaining the database of volunteers, monitoring project related expenses, creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Office and maintaining hard copy and electronic filing system. The position also contains support with updating and developing current systems and files for the organisation. You will assist in various administrative responsibilities as well as small IT administration tasks like setting up new joiners.
