Mark Devlin is Chief Operating Officer for UNICEF UK – the leading child rights and international development charity. He is responsible for the charity’s strategic planning, operations and organisational effectiveness – ensuring that its culture, people and systems continuously develop in order to: promote children’s voices, unlock resources for UNICEF’s programmes, advocate and create change for the world’s children.
Mark is also a Board Trustee with the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. He is a Board level leader with an executive and non-executive career covering healthcare management, education and children’s charity sectors. Formerly, he was independent Chairman of Health Education England, South East (2014-16) and Chief Executive Officer of two NHS Trusts (2005-14).
