Gardiana is currently pursuing doctoral studies at Cardiff Metropolitan University. Her research examines two instruments advocated to develop public infrastructure: the GPA and PPPs. It provides a strategic decision-making framework to guide their adoption.

She holds both a Bachelors and a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne. Her professional experience encompasses primarily working in public policy issues within government departments and agencies.

At Article 25, Gardiana is assisting with the evaluation of the social and economic impact of projects concluded in recent years: the Bethel school (Burkina Faso), the Cleft lip and cleft palate clinic in Oujda (Morocco) and the Pétion-ville school (Haiti).
