Seniha Koca-Emir
Architectural Assistant

I completed my undergraduate degree in Architecture at Kingston University London. I graduated with a keen interest in social housing and community development projects after my thesis project explored such intervention in response to the influx of refugees into Germany from Syria and the surrounding countries.

Having worked in an inclusive new build school in an underprivileged area of North London after graduating I was able to be an end user of a building with huge social impression as well as interact with the community in and around the area to witness first-hand the impact of such architectural implementations on people’s lives. It was for this reason that I was drawn to Article 25; to be a part of a mission that provides architectural relief to so many in need.

While being a part of the team at Article 25 has allowed me to continue my architectural path professionally, I will soon also be going onto complete my postgraduate studies in Architecture.
