Janssen, J. ‘Building with Bamboo: A Handbook’ available from the ITDG bookshop in the UK

Very useful book (and less than £10) includes useful sections on harvesting and preservation, connections, mechanical considerations and truss design. Probably a good place to start since it is already a good overview of use of bamboo.

Hidalgo, O. ‘Bamboo Gift of Gods’
